"My sessions with Candice helped me draw awareness to the "why's" of why I repeat certain self-sabotaging patterns. Candice is very attentive, she asks thought provoking questions. She offers a non judgemental presence that allowed me to feel safe to feel into and discuss uncomfortable truths.
